Since 2019, the DBbet Somalia platform has combined a sportsbook and an online casino under one account. The operator is Sport Tech N.V., and the site works under a Curaçao licence. Players get 25+ sports, more than 8,000 games and an Android app. Support answers in English, Somali and Arabic. That language mix is rare among international bookmakers serving the Horn of Africa.

The USD account fits local habits well. Most prices and mobile money balances in Somalia are already held in dollars, so players skip currency conversion.
The brand started in 2019 and has grown to more than 400,000 players in over 20 countries. The idea behind it is simple. One account and one balance cover both the sportsbook and the DBbet casino section. A bet on a Somali Premier League match and a round of Aviator use the same funds.
Here is what a new player gets after sign-up:
This mix turns the site into a general entertainment hub. The next question most players ask is who stands behind it.
The platform is run by Sport Tech N.V., company number 163475, registered in Curaçao. Payments are handled with CLOUDFRONT LTD, a company based in Cyprus. The Curaçao Gaming Control Board issued licence OGL/2024/574/0913 on 22 November 2024. Under it, the operator must offer fair games, keep player funds separate and run KYC and AML checks.
Two quick checks help you stay on the real site:
Copycat pages do appear in the region. If you reach a mirror like the DBbet so domain through a social media link, confirm the licence seal opens the official GCB record.
The whole DBbet registration process takes two to three minutes. You can sign up by email, phone number, Google or Telegram.
The currency choice is permanent, so pick USD from the start. Changing it later means contacting support and, in most cases, opening a new account.
Verification is required before your first withdrawal. Doing it early saves time when you want to cash out.
Clear photos taken in daylight pass faster. Blurry scans are the most common reason for a second request.
You can sign in from the website or the app, using email or phone.
The DBbet Somali login page looks the same in all three languages. Only the menu text changes when you switch.
Most sign-in problems come down to three causes:
Many Somali players own two SIM cards from different networks. Use the number you entered at sign-up, since the DBbet login form will not recognise the other one.
There is no listing in Google Play or the App Store. The Android version installs through an APK file from the site, and iOS users get a web app.
Data use matters in Somalia, where many players buy daily or weekly bundles. The DBbet app loads lighter pages than the desktop site, which stretches a bundle further.
The DBbet download for Android takes about a minute on a 4G connection.
Requirements: Android 8.0 or newer · about 50 MB free space · 3G/4G connection.
Only take the DBbet apk download from the official site. Files shared in Telegram or WhatsApp groups may be altered. After installing, the DBbet app login uses the same details as the website.
On iPhone and iPad, you get a web app (PWA) instead of a native one. It updates on its own and uses almost no storage.
The icon then opens the site in full-screen mode. It behaves much like the DBbet app for Android users.
The line covers 25+ sports and thousands of events each day. You can bet before the match or live. The margin on top football events sits around 4–6%.
Football is the most popular sport in Somalia, and it has the widest section of the line. Placing a DBbet bet on a local match is possible here, which many global bookmakers do not offer.
Tournaments:
Markets:
Somalia stays on East Africa Time all year. Saturday 3 pm UK kick-offs start at 6 pm in Mogadishu in winter and 5 pm in summer.
Football is not the only option. Other sports have a solid choice of markets:
NBA games start after midnight local time. Pre-match bets placed in the evening are often the more practical choice.
Esports have their own section with live odds:
EA FC is the most familiar title for younger Somali fans who follow real football.
The in-play section has three tools worth knowing:
Cash Out values change with the score. Check the offer before a goal shifts it.
The lobby holds 8,000+ games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play’n GO and Playtech. New titles arrive every week.
These five slots come up most often in the lobby:
Each slot has a demo mode. You can learn the bonus rounds before spending real money.
Live tables run around the clock with real hosts:
Live streams use more data than slots. A Wi-Fi connection gives a steadier picture.
In crash games, a multiplier grows until it stops, and you must cash out before that moment.
Rounds last seconds, so set a stake limit before you start.
At sign-up, new players choose either a sports or a casino bonus. Regular players get weekly promotions on top.
The casino package spreads up to $1,751 and 150 free spins across four deposits:
The sports offer works differently:
Each DBbet bonus has its own wagering rules. Read them in the cashier before you deposit.
Terms checked: October 2026.
Our partner code DBbet PROMO CODE gives new players an extra reward on top of the standard welcome offer. Type the DBbet promo code in the sign-up form or in the cashier before your first deposit. Some players search for a DBbet code promo on forums, but codes from unknown sources often expire.
Regular players can collect these rewards:
Friday is the weekly day off in Somalia. That makes the Lucky Friday deal more useful here than in markets with a Saturday-Sunday weekend.
Payments run in USD with no deposit fees. You can use cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrency.
| Method | Min | Max | Deposit time | Withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa/Mastercard | $10 | $5,000 | Instant | 1–3 days |
| Skrill | $20 | $10,000 | Instant | Up to 24 h |
| Neteller | $20 | $10,000 | Instant | Up to 24 h |
| USDT (TRC20) | $20 | No limit | 10–30 min | 10 min–2 h |
| Bitcoin | $20 | No limit | 1–2 h | 1–2 h |
USDT on TRC20 gives the fastest payout. Local mobile wallets such as EVC Plus or Zaad are not among the listed methods, so many players turn to USDT instead. Limits can change, so check the cashier first.
Payouts are processed after verification. In most cases, the money goes back through the method you used to deposit.
For a TRC20 transfer, copy the wallet address instead of typing it. One wrong character sends the funds to someone else.
A delay usually has one of these causes:
Fix the cause, and the request moves forward within the normal time frame.
The platform protects accounts on four levels:
Your own habits matter as much. Never share SMS codes, even with someone who claims to work for support.
Live chat runs 24/7. It answered our test question in English in under two minutes in October 2026. Somali and Arabic agents are available too.
For document checks, email works better. You can attach several files in one message.
No platform suits everyone. Here is a balanced view.
Advantages:
Disadvantages:
For most Somali players, local football markets and the Somali-language interface outweigh the missing store listing. The DBbet apk download takes only a minute anyway.
Betting should stay a form of entertainment. Your account includes tools to keep it under control.
You can set these tools in the account menu. A limit takes effect at once, while raising it requires a waiting period.
